Website information
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Afrivista Integrated Solutions Limited (“Afrivista”, “we” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it.
Information you submit through the website
The enquiry form does not send information to an Afrivista web server. When you submit it, your device attempts to open your default email application with the enquiry details pre-filled. You decide whether to send that email. Once sent, the information is handled through our email service and by Afrivista personnel, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Website technologies
This is a static website. It does not currently provide visitor accounts, payment processing, analytics, advertising cookies or a database-backed enquiry system. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request to Google that includes technical information such as your IP address. Our hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website, subject to its own terms and privacy notice.
How we use enquiries
If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond to you, assess a potential project or partnership, and maintain business correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and, where you are asking us to take steps before entering a contract, on that request. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential programme data through the public contact form.
Sharing, transfers and retention
We do not sell personal information. Enquiries may be accessed by personnel who need them to respond or manage the business relationship, and may be disclosed where required by law. Our email and hosting providers may process data on servers outside Nigeria. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and to meet legal or business requirements.
Your rights and questions
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have sent to us, or to request access, correction or deletion where the law allows. Requests will be considered under applicable data-protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
