What we do

Integrated capabilities. One delivery model.

Engage us for a single specialist task or combine capabilities into an end-to-end solution.

GIS & Geospatial Intelligence

Mapping, spatial analysis, geodatabases, facility and asset mapping, catchment and accessibility analysis, and web maps that support planning and targeting decisions.

  • Geodatabase design
  • Spatial analysis
  • Web maps & atlases

Data Management & QA/QC

Collection design, cleaning, validation, transformation, quality assurance and analytics.

Digital Solutions

Mobile data collection, dashboards, portals, workflows and automation.

Field Operations

Deployment, supervision, verification, survey-team coordination and logistics.

Project & Programme Support

Planning, coordination, delivery assurance, reporting and stakeholder management.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

Frameworks, indicators, assessments, data quality audits and evidence products.

Technical Advisory & Capacity Building

Assessments, solution design, training, mentoring and knowledge transfer so teams can run and maintain what we build.

Data lifecycle

Every dataset has a journey. We manage all of it.

From the first planning workshop to the next learning cycle, we build quality control into every stage, so what reaches the decision-maker can be trusted.

  1. 01
    Plan & design

Define objectives, indicators, the data model and quality rules before any collection starts.

  2. 02
    Collect

Structured digital and field collection, backed by enumerator training and pilots.

  3. 03
    Validate (QA/QC)

Validation rules, completeness and consistency checks, spot checks and audit trails.

  4. 04
    Store & manage

Clean, documented databases and geodatabases with clear access controls.

  5. 05
    Analyse

Statistical and spatial analysis that reveals patterns, gaps and trends.

  6. 06
    Visualise

Maps, dashboards and reports that people can read, trust and use.

  7. 07
    Decide & act

Clear evidence for planning, targeting, resource allocation and accountability.

  8. 08
    Review & learn

Capture lessons, improve methods, document and hand over, then feed the next cycle.

Field-to-decision intelligence

Information is only useful if it can be trusted.

Most programmes fail at the hand-offs between field, data, analysis and decision. We design for the whole chain.

How we deliver

A disciplined cycle, nine steps.

Clear milestones, quality gates and client sign-off from discovery through learning.

Why Afrivista

Technical depth. Delivery discipline.

Integrated capability

One delivery model instead of five disconnected vendors to coordinate.

Field-to-decision view

We understand how field conditions shape data quality, analysis and decisions.

Practical technology

Tools chosen for user adoption, connectivity constraints and sustainability.

Delivery orientation

Implementation, supervision and measurable outputs, not recommendations alone.

Quality mindset

Validation rules, audit trails and review gates across fieldwork, data and reporting.

Knowledge transfer

Training and documentation that leave clients stronger after delivery.

Company profile

Practical expertise. Integrated delivery.

We connect project planning, field implementation, information management and evidence-based decision-making.

Organisations often manage projects, people and resources across multiple locations without the integrated systems, reliable information and operational coordination needed to manage them effectively. Afrivista exists to help close that gap by connecting field operations, data, geospatial intelligence, project management and digital technology into practical, coordinated solutions.

Frequently asked

Working with Afrivista.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We start with a short discovery call, agree scope and deliverables, then work in clearly defined phases with regular reporting. Engagements range from a focused mapping or data-quality assignment to a multi-month programme support contract.

Can you work as a subcontractor on a larger proposal?

We are open to suitable subcontracting and consortium opportunities. Any proposed role, personnel, deliverables and documentary evidence would be agreed with the prime partner and confirmed against the requirements of the opportunity.

Where do you work?

We are based in Nigeria and are interested in suitable assignments across Nigeria and the wider African region. Geographic coverage and delivery arrangements are agreed for each engagement.

How do you protect data?

For each engagement, data-sharing, confidentiality, retention and access-control requirements should be agreed before information is collected or processed. Afrivista works within applicable data-protection requirements, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

What do you hand over at the end?

Final datasets, maps and dashboards, source files, documentation, user guides and training so your team can operate independently.
